If any of your merchants are using any VPN service, they may be blocked from ordering on your website. Please be on the lookout for situations where your customers report they are blocked by Cloudflare. Please advise them to turn off any VPN service and try again.

We are receiving reports of the eCommerce page not working for Clients using the Silver Commerce product. We have notified Engineering and are working toward a resolution. This specifically only affects the Silver Commerce product, Clients on Aloha Order Direct are not affected.
