You’re receiving this message because you use NCR Voyix’s* Silver/Aloha Cloud products with our Secure Pay gateway (one of the tools we use to help you process payments). Targeting January 9, 2024, NCR Voyix will be making a security update to our Secure Pay gateway to remain PCI compliant and continue to support our high security standards.

There is no action needed on your part. On January 9, you will not be able to make transactions between 2:00 am and 5:00 am Eastern Standard Time. You should anticipate that NCR Voyix may settle your batches on your behalf to complete this update. After 5:00 am EST, your systems should operate as normal.
