Ensuring High Availability for Operations: ALL CLIENTS in North America
To ensure High Availability of your systems, NCR Voyix is adding an additional data center location for High Availability (HA). Please add the new IP address to ensure continued operation should a disaster occur.
What happens if you do not complete this: Should NCR Voyix need to perform a datacenter failover due to a disaster or scheduled disaster recovery test, your site will lose communication with NCR Voyix until the IP address is whitelisted.
ACTION REQUIRED: Please ensure your IT Department whitelists the following IP Address, if your firewalls do not support name resolution or NSS, to ensure continued operation in the event of a major disaster 172.202.205.129

Teams have determined the cause and applied fixes. To all Silver Commerce users, our Security teams have implemented policies that only allow traffic from US, Canada and Mexico. If any of your merchants are using any VPN service, they may be blocked from ordering on your website. Please be on the lookout for situations where your customers report they are blocked by Cloudflare. Please advise them to turn off any VPN service and try again.

We are receiving reports of the eCommerce page not working for Clients using the Silver Commerce product. We have notified Engineering and are working toward a resolution. This specifically only affects the Silver Commerce product, Clients on Aloha Order Direct are not affected.
