Monitoring
We are aware of an issue with our Back Office showing a "Redirect Issue" when attempting to view our homepage from a Mobile Device or Tablet as of August 11th, 2020. Please access the Back Office from a Desktop version via a Browser in the meantime.

If you need to access to Silver Back Office on the Mobile Version - please search "NCR Silver Login" from a search browser and click the first link that you see. This has been shown to work with 100% of the time.

Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on applying the patch to the Silver Back Office that will allow for the access from mobile devices to be restored.
