The Ingenico Mobile Solutions platform is currently experiencing a degradation in services affecting transaction throughput. The Incident team has convened and is troubleshooting in conjunction with the Network Operations Center. Updates will follow as information warrants.

We have discovered there is an outage associated with the Ingenico Gateway. This will affect Quantum devices using Global, Chase and Elavon processors.
