If you need to access to Silver Back Office on the Mobile Version - please search "NCR Silver Login" from a search browser and click the first link that you see. This has been shown to work with 100% of the time.

Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on applying the patch to the Silver Back Office that will allow for the access from mobile devices to be restored.

Monitoring - We are aware of an issue where credit card transactions would be declined with the error “Transaction declined (01004940)”.
Credit card processing company Heartland had an issue earlier which appears to be resolved.
As we believe that this issue is resolved, we will continue monitoring this issue.
