Investigating - We are currently investigating reports from users that are unable to access the Silver Back office.

If you are experiencing this issue please use the following steps to clear your Cache

Google Chrome:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

Safari:
Select Preferences from the Safari menu or hold down the Command key and the comma key at the same time (Command+,).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Click the Remove All Website Data button to remove all stored website data, or skip to step 5 to remove data on a site-by-site basis.

We will continue to provide updates upon our investigation.

Resolved - We are writing to inform you that we will be performing technical maintenance to the NCR Silver back office on Monday, June 18. While you will still be able to take payments during this time, this maintenance may include back office downtime during the following window:

3:00am ‑ 5:00am US EST (12:00am ‑ 2:00am PST) on Monday, June 18, 2018

During this time, we will be completing an upgrade to our servers as part of our continuous investment on delivering the best software and service to our customers.

How does this impact you?
The NCR Silver back office may be unavailable during this window.
If you firewall, whitelist or have IP controls set up at your business, please ensure you contact support at 877 - 270 - 3475 to obtain the IP addresses to your 'allow' list.

No data will be lost, and your reports will include all activity that occurred during the maintenance period.
