HOW DOES THIS IMPACT YOU?
If you have your batch set to "automatic settlement" during the maintenance window and attempt to perform tip adjustments while the back office is offline, they will not be processed. Once the system is back online, it will attempt to settle the batch immediately.

We strongly recommend that you complete your tip adjustments by 3:15am ET on Tuesday, September 22, to avoid any issues.
