The Silver back office is working as intended.
We will continue to monitor the issue and will provide additional updates as needed.

Investigating
We are currently investigating reports from users that are unable to access the Silver Back office.

If you are experiencing this issue please use the following steps to clear your Cache

Google Chrome:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

Safari:
Select Preferences from the Safari menu or hold down the Command key and the comma key at the same time (Command+,).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Click the Remove All Website Data button to remove all stored website data, or skip to step 5 to remove data on a site-by-site basis.

We will continue to provide updates upon our investigation.
