Monitoring
The issue involving the inability to accept credit has been resolved by the credit card processor.
All transactions will process without error going forward.

Our support team will continue to monitor this issue throughout the day.

Investigating
A credit card processing issue was recently reported to our support team.
Some users using Mercury and Vantiv for processing are currently unable to process credit.
We are working with both processors to determine where the issue may be.
If you have the ability to accept payments offline you may navigate to offline mode.
