2019-08-06 16:00 Elavon is experienced an intermittent connectivity issues. NCR is monitoring.

2019-08-06 16:10 Elavon’s merchant support line plays a recording indicates a problem with Converge Connect problems then disconnects. Unable to speak with someone at Elavon at this time. NCR will continue to monitor and attempt to contact Elavon.

2019-08-06 16:20 Email to Elavon support has been sent and receipt acknowledged. Email has been sent to alternate non-technical contacts as well. Merchant support phone number continues to be busy or play the same recording.

2019-08-06 16:30 Connections are now being accepted and transactions are going through. Still no contact with Elavon. NCR is continuing to monitor.

2019-08-06 17:00 Transactions are still processing without issue. Issue is considered resolved at this point. NCR will continue to monitor and obtain RFO from Elavon.
