We are currently investigating reports from users that are unable to access the Silver Back office.

If you are experiencing this issue please use the following steps to clear your Cache

An issue with with the Silver POS has been reported. The error message you may see is: "host is unreachable"

If you see this error message please continue to process and accept credit as normal.

Our development team will continue to review the issue and provide updates.
