We are now monitoring all task engines involved in populating the reports located in the Silver back office.
All reports will be update to date and populating as intended within the next 120 minutes.

US Merchants are currently experiencing delayed sales reporting via NCR Silver Back office.
All credit settlement functions are working as intended.
We are working with out Development team to ensure the issue is resolved ASAP.
