Silver Team,

On Thursday April 19th between 6 and 9 AM , we will be performing phone systems upgrade, we are upgrading our phone systems to a new state of the art phone system in order to better serve our customers.

Although we are not expecting any downtime , between 6-9 AM there may be some delays in taking your calls . We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need support during this time please contact support via text ( 877 - 270 - 3475) or via chat (mystore.ncrsilver.com).

Regular updates will be given on April 19th, 2018 to communicate the progress.
